Instrumentation Engineer

To prepare Instrumentation, Electrical Detail Engineering documents required for procurement and construction for Oil & gas, Solid fuel fired Boilers & Heaters ,etc, which caters to the specifications of the clients / consultants and our process requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:

1.       Develop P&ID along with process Engg.

2.       Preparation of Instrument specifications for all field instruments as per P&ID meeting contract, process requirements.

3.       Preparation of detailed specifications for Control panel / PLC / DCS based control / shutdown system, analyzers as per P&ID meeting contract, process             requirements.

4.       Preparation of Instrument hook up diagrams along with BOMs

5.       Preparation of JB & Cable schedule, Electrical & Instrumentation cable tray layouts, Earthing layouts, Panel, JB, Instrument location drawings.

6.       Preparation of control room layouts.

7.       Voltage drop & Load calculations.

8.       Preparation of PLC / DCS documents like Input / output list, Control narrative, Logic diagrams, Control Schemes, Drives logic diagrams.

9.       Preparation of BOM for Electrical & Instrumentation cable, cable tray, Cable glands, Adaptors & accessories.

10.    Participation in HAZOP, SIL studies / review meetings with clients.

11.    Review / preparation of single line diagram, Power & control wiring for MCC / PDB.

12.    Review of vendor documents for all the Electrical / Instrumentation items, package equipment including Burner, SWAS, ESP, Wet scrubber, Ash Handling, Fuel Handling systems.

13.   Support to QAC, Field Engg. (Construction / Commissioning) as and when required.

14.   Interaction with vendor and clients for drawing approvals.+

Graphics Designer

  • Need basic Knowledge of P&IDs

• Design and develop SCADA graphics and user interfaces.

• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to understand requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues.

• Maintain and update SCADA graphics as needed

Electrical Designer

Instrument Engineer
